If I have availability and believe we’d be a good fit, we can schedule our first session.
Intake Session
In the first session, we’ll get to know each other, discuss what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and start building out a plan.
I see clients between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Telehealth Sessions
I offer telehealth (video) sessions to adults throughout Iowa. If you live in the Des Moines area but prefer the convenience of meeting from home, or if you're located elsewhere in the state, telehealth is a great option. Sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, and research consistently shows that telehealth therapy is as effective as in-person treatment for the conditions I work with.
